We have used M.A. Paine since moving in to a house with an oil fired boiler two years ago. The boiler was old but it got a thorough servicing from M.A. Paine before we moved in, and we had a couple more visits from them after builders had managed to 'do something' to the boiler, plus a couple of annual services. I had another boiler emergency this morning and I am so imoressed as each time I call, I receive a very helpful, friendly service, and someone always comes out the same day, so I've never been without a working boiler for more than a few hours. This morning, one of their very helpful engineers talked me through resetting the boiler myself over the phone, and in the end, no visit was necessary. Such a reassuring telephone number to have to hand. Wish all appliance engineers were as speedy or helpful (Bosch dishwasher engineers take note!).

We have an oil fired boiler here and previous "experts" had spent many months trying to fix a problem.............We got M.A. Paine out after finding out about them from a friend and they looked at the whole problem and found a lot of small things that needed fixing, no one part was to blame. The previous people kept swapping in/out a part at a time blindly without actually looking at the system as a whole. Thanks to M.A.Paine, it is faultless now!
